I would say I am very creative. Throughout my youth and up until the age of 22 I was a professional ballet dancer.

Towards the end of my career, I was privileged to dance for a few years in East Berlin. I was naturally gifted learning languages hence I picked up the German language relatively easily.

Sports Remedial Massage was my next career, followed by 16 years of Pilates instructing.

I absolutely love Renaissance / Tudor history and Art and historical architecture, the arts, and theatre. 

I have a huge appetite for reading. I read every day without fail and spend most of my money on books.

I feel blessed to have traveled extensively to over 13 countries and I've lived in both Germany and London for a period.

Discussing new cities to visit and learning about different cultures truly excites me.

If you're a traveling businessman it would give me so much joy to be your tour guide as I know my beautiful city of Sydney like the back of my hand.

I have a deep love for animals and have 2 dogs and a crazy parakeet. Needless to say, my home is busy and often kooky.

I delight in all cuisines, from fine dining to casual comfort food. I love nothing more than experimenting and cooking different dishes while having a Rick Stein episode playing in the background.

My favorite wine, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc (Dogpoint) never tastes better than when paired with Oysters or a cheese plate. I simply just can't get enough of them! 

The most wonderful thing about sharing delectable fare is the way it brings people together while exploring new flavors and ceaseless conversation. And even better when you're getting to know a new lover!
