I’m a big fan of honouring my bodies need to rest, so most mornings I’ll wake up naturally sans alarm. After caffeinating and hydrating I am ready to tackle the day!

Most days I’ll make a conscious effort to do some yoga, pole dancing, strength training, or get outdoors for a hike; daily movement is so good for the soul.
